If I saw one tarpon I saw a dozen, too bad we didn't catch any mullet to tempt them.  When we hit the water, I threw the net a few times and caught 2 snook and a hand-full of sand perch, the snook quickly were tossed back into the river (I'll eat you in a year or three) and the sand perch (that were found to be delicious).  They, and some live shrimp, brought us a jack, 2 mangrove snappers; a nice dinner.
